About the Role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Expert who understands more than just ad management someone who can bridge strategy, creativity, and data to deliver real results. This role requires a sharp thinker with a deep understanding of the Meta ecosystem and the ability to translate insights into growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple objectives: awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct in depth audience research to design high performing targeting strategies.
  • Work closely with creative and development teams to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals.
  • Continuously test ad creatives, copies, and placements to improve performance and ROI.
  • Monitor analytics, identify trends, and report actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with Meta platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong understanding of ad structures, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategy.
  • Experience in managing both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Understanding of how marketing integrates with design and development workflows.
  • Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Creative flair in crafting ad copy and content direction.
