Meta Ads Specialist – UK & USA Lead Generation Expert

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with 1+ years of proven expertise in managing UK and USA ad campaigns across all Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Audience Network, etc.). The ideal candidate will have strong command of ad creatives, audience targeting, and lead generation, with the ability to deliver measurable and result-oriented campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage UK & USA ad campaigns across all Meta platforms.
• Develop, test, and optimize ad creatives (visuals, copy, and formats) to maximize ROI.
• Execute lead generation campaigns and ensure high-quality lead flow.
• Monitor and verify ad compliance, targeting accuracy, and ethnicity checks for all campaigns.
• Analyze data and prepare detailed performance reports (KPIs, ROI, CTR, CPL, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, tools, and policy changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of running UK and USA campaigns successfully.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies and audience segmentation.
• Ability to design, analyze, and improve ad creatives for different markets.
• Excellent English communication skills and result-oriented mindset.
