Meta Ads Lead Generation Fronter (Lead Qualifier & First Touch Specialist)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Lead Generation Fronter to manage and engage leads generated from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for qualifying leads and ensuring high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team for conversion. This role focuses on lead communication, qualification, and engagement, not ad creation.

The role has a monthly revenue target of $4,000 – $5,000, which you will help achieve by delivering high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to leads from Facebook/Instagram ads within minutes via WhatsApp, Messenger, or Email.
  • Conduct first contact and initial lead qualification.
  • Ask pre-qualification questions to determine lead intent, budget, and needs.
  • Differentiate qualified leads from non-qualified leads to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Record all lead details and follow-up actions in CRM or lead sheets.
  • Pass sales-ready leads to the assigned sales closer team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and increase conversion.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead count, qualified leads, conversion rates, and next actions.
  • Maintain scripts and messaging templates for quick and consistent responses.
  • Fully understand the brand, products, and value proposition to communicate clearly with leads.
  • Work proactively to achieve the monthly revenue target of $4,000 – $5,000 by generating and qualifying high-quality leads.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in lead handling, customer engagement, or sales communication.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to differentiate between real and junk leads effectively.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Messenger, Email, and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads lead funnels and lead forms.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and time-management discipline.
  • Ability to provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Work Environment & Shift:

  • In-house role (work from office)
  • Night shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Saturday
  • Location: North Nazimabad Block A, Karachi
  • Salary: Depends on experience
