Position: Meta Ads Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Manager to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Audience Network. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with hands-on experience managing ROI-focused campaigns in the Pakistan market. You’ll be responsible for building strategies, executing campaigns, and driving measurable results across all stages of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
· Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
· Build and optimize Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and detailed targeting setups.
· Develop campaign structures aligned with business objectives (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion).
2. Performance Optimization
· Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).
· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
· Adjust bidding and targeting strategies to improve overall efficiency and results.
3. Creative & Content Collaboration
· Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
· Recommend improvements to visuals, copy, and landing pages for better conversions.
· Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
4. Analytics & Reporting
· Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Google Analytics.
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
· Analyze attribution models, conversion paths, and funnel behavior to optimize results.
5. Budget Management
· Plan, manage, and optimize monthly ad budgets.
· Forecast expected performance and strategically allocate spend across campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· 2–4+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads in an agency or corporate environment.
· Strong understanding of Pakistan’s digital advertising ecosystem.
· Proficiency in Meta Pixel, events setup, and Conversion API (CAPI).
· Experience managing full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Retargeting → Conversion).
· Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with creative best practices for Meta platforms.
· Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).
Preferred Experience
· Knowledge of TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
· Understanding of CRO, landing page optimization, and basic UX principles.
