Meta Ads Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You will work closely with our marketing team to drive lead generation, brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns .

Conduct audience research and create custom & lookalike audiences for targeted ads.

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on lead generation and conversions.

Write compelling ad copy, select engaging creatives, and implement A/B testing.

Monitor ad performance using Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite, making data-driven adjustments.

Collaborate with content creators and designers to align ads with brand messaging.

Stay updated on Meta’s advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with key metrics and insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Meta Ads management

Strong expertise in lead generation campaigns and audience targeting.

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Experience in A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion tracking.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance.

Ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate ad spend wisely.

Up-to-date knowledge of Meta's advertising trends and best practices.
