Meta Ads & Social Media Lead

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads & Social Media Lead to manage both paid advertising and organic social media growth for our immigration services company. The role requires a strong focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and client acquisition through Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of Meta advertising campaigns as well as daily social media management to generate high-quality leads for visa, immigration, and translation services.

Key Responsibilities:1. Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram)

• Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns for immigration.
• Set up and optimize lead generation campaigns (Study Visa, Work Visa, Visit Visa)
• Perform audience targeting (country-wise, interest-based, student/professional segments)
• Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance (CPL, CTR, conversions)
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, headlines, and targeting
• Manage advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI

2. Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, and stories related to immigration updates and services
• Maintain consistent branding and professional communication tone
• Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support

• Generate qualified leads for immigration consultants services
• Work closely with sales team to improve conversion rates
• Track leads and campaign performance using reports and analytics
• Suggest strategies to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead

4. Content & Campaign Strategy

• Develop monthly social media and ad content strategy
• Collaborate with designers for ad creatives and marketing materials
• Write high-converting ad copies for immigration services
• Ensure compliance with immigration advertising guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong knowledge of lead generation campaigns
• Experience in social media management and content planning
• Understanding of immigration, education, or service-based marketing (preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and creative writing ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Canva / basic graphic design skills
• WhatsApp or CRM lead handling experience
• Knowledge of international immigration markets (UK, Europe, Canada, etc.)
• Experience working in service-based companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
