As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Strategist to join our in-house team and lead paid media campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for in-house projects.
• Manage complete ad operations — from campaign planning and audience research to execution, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Ensure proper Pixel setup, event tracking, and data accuracy for optimized campaign results.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns for better ROI and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
• Utilize Canva or other graphic design tools to create visually compelling ad creatives when required.
• Assist in other marketing initiatives such as SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Management as needed.
• Write effective ad copies and captions with strong English content writing skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (preferably for multiple projects or brands).
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media strategy will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on experience, strong portfolios, or Meta certifications are encouraged to apply.
