Metal Fabricator/Welder

We are a established company located in Carpentersville, IL and, are in need of a experienced metal fabricator, welder. The candidate must be proficient in sheet aluminum and, steel fabrication. You must be able to work from blueprints and be able to weld in both MIG and,TIG.

DUTIES:

Metal fabrication of sheet aluminum and, steel.

TIG welding of steel and alloys.

MIG welding of steel and alloys.

Work in our machine shop using basic machinery (lathe, mills, drill press)

Provide general maintenance.

Work in a safe and efficient manner.

Be able to work independently.

Be able to pass a back round check.

SKILL QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma (technical training preferred)

Welding certification in both MIG and TIG

Self starter with a minimum of suprevision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
