Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Metal Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities for structural steel and architectural metal works. The ideal candidate will ensure all project activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site teams involved in structural steel and architectural metal installation works
• Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and method statements
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors for smooth execution
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications
• Monitor daily site activities and report progress to management
• Maintain site discipline and ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE usage
• Plan manpower, tools, and materials required for site execution
• Identify and resolve on-site issues related to installation and fabrication
• Ensure quality of work meets project and client standards
• Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams for inspections and approvals

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Civil, Fabrication, or related field
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in structural steel or architectural metal works
• Strong knowledge of installation processes for steel structures, railings, cladding, and related works
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of UAE construction site safety regulations
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise or commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with aluminum, stainless steel, and façade systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability on-site
• UAE Driving License is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
