METAL / STEEL WORKS - SALES MANAGER

Looking for a Salesman with 2-5 years experience for a Metal / Steel Fabrication Company based in DIP, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, industrial, and architectural sectors.
• Promote and sell steel fabrication services including custom metal works, structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum solutions.
• Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Coordinate with the estimation and production teams to ensure feasibility and timelines.
• Maintain strong after-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2-5 years minimum) in sales within the steel fabrication or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (basic understanding).
• Valid UAE driving license (if based in UAE).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Self-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
