- Implement and customize project accounting features

- Integrate project modules with finance systems
5- Advanced Warehouse Management
- Configure and develop warehouse management solutions
- Optimize inventory tracking and warehouse operations
- Support automation and scanning processes
6- Transportation
- Develop and support transportation management solutions
- Optimize route planning and freight management
- Integrate logistics workflows with SCM
7- Asset Management
- Customize asset lifecycle and maintenance solutions
- Support asset tracking, depreciation, and reporting
- Improve system efficiency for asset operations
8- Retail
- Develop retail and POS solutions within D365
- Support store operations, pricing, and promotions
- Integrate retail systems with backend operations

- Customize HR modules and employee management solutions

10- Senior Commerce Developer
- Design and develop eCommerce solutions within D365 Commerce
- Customize storefronts and integrate payment systems

11- Functional Consultant / Product Expert – Contracts & Billing
- Configure contracts and billing processes in D365
- Support invoicing, subscription, and revenue workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes
D365 Customer Engagement (CE / CRM)
12- Project Manager (CRM)
- Lead D365 CE project delivery and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
13- Solution Architect
- Design end-to-end D365 CE solutions
- Define system architecture and integration strategies
- Guide technical teams and ensure best practices
14- Sales Consultant
- Configure and optimize sales processes in D365 CE
- Support lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management
- Provide insights to improve sales performance
15- Customer Service Consultant
- Implement customer service workflows and case management
- Enhance support processes and customer experience
- Configure service modules and automation
16- Marketing Consultant
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns in D365 CE
- Configure customer journeys and engagement strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes
