Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Supply Chain Management Consultant

We are now looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals to join our ERP & Digital Transformation Advisory team in Istanbul as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Supply Chain Management Consultants.

What You’ll Do at KPMG:

• Analyze client requirements and supply chain business processes, including procurement, inventory, sales management ,warehouse management, production management and MRP,
• Design and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Supply Chain Management capabilities,
• Configure the system, conduct functional testing, and support data migration activities,
• Prepare functional documentation and solution design specifications,
• Conduct key user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
• Support clients during go-live and post-go-live phases,
• Collaborate with technical and project management teams within agile or hybrid project environments,
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and process standardization within the advisory team.

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, MIS, or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O, focusing on supply chain and logistics-related modules,
• In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following areas: procurement, product information management, inventory, warehouse management, production, MRP,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills,
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business process documentation,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-oriented environment,
• No travel restrictions (for occasional local or international assignments)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Microsoft certifications such as:

- MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations

- MB-330: Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

- MB-335: Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert

• Experience with agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional methodologies (Waterfall)
• Experience with intercompany processes, product configuration, quality management, or advanced warehouse scenarios
• Exposure to manufacturing or distribution industry projects
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or X++
