About the Opportunity

We’re expanding our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultants capabilities and are looking for talented Supply Chain Functional Consultants to partner with business teams, design and implement robust solutions, and provide expert support across our FMCG supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain solutions.

• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Functional Design Documents (FDD); assess the impact of customizations on upgrades, cost, and controls.

• Define and validate master data requirements; plan and execute data conversion for cutover.

• Coordinate with implementation partners on sprint planning, build reviews, and playback sessions.

• Lead testing (SIT, UAT, performance) for customizations, interfaces, workflows, security roles, and controls.

• Develop and deliver user training, and assess knowledge post-training.

• Manage cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.

• Provide ongoing support for incidents, problems, service requests, and changes via the IT Helpdesk.

• Oversee Dynamics 365 releases, patches, configuration, capacity, and housekeeping to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

• Ensure security, availability, and disaster recovery readiness for applications and databases.

• Work closely with Infrastructure, BI, and User Support teams on integrations, KPIs, reporting, and mobile rollouts.

• Adhere to IT processes (incident/problem/change management), release governance, and information-security standards.

Knowledge & Expertise

Functional (Supply Chain):

• M2S: Production planning & scheduling, production execution, plant maintenance, quality management, master data.

• P2P: Sourcing & category management, supplier lifecycle, requisitions, purchase orders, vendor collaboration portal.

• SP: Supply/network strategy, inventory planning, MRP/MPS, constrained MPS (exports), outsourcing, master planning.

• WI: Inventory & warehouse management, inbound logistics, branch operations, primary & secondary logistics, order management, collections, customer service.


Technical:

• Advanced knowledge of configuring and operating Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Supply Chain).

• Experience with testing and release management for Dynamics 365 upgrades and patches.

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for tracking issues and releases.

• Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of Azure hosting, servers, networks, and Power Platform (preferred).

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years as a Functional Lead for Dynamics 365/AX in Supply Chain.

• At least 3 years in an FMCG business environment.

• 2+ years using analytics to identify trends and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (preferred).
