Senior Accountant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of senior-level accounting experience and a proven ability to manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and end-to-end accounting operations in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Lead monthly and yearly closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate recording of financial data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Generate and analyze financial reports for management and audit teams
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and monitor financial transactions across entities
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting and operational workflows
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of senior-level accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in multi-branch or retail environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis)
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and ERP-based financial controls
