Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Exchange & Active Directory Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange (2013/2019), Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server 2019 environments. The role involves design, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft infrastructure components with strong knowledge of GPOs, PowerShell, SCCM, and SCOM.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Exchange environments.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2019, DNS, and Global Catalog services.

- Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and implement AD best practices.

- Perform administration of Exchange Server 2013/2019 including mailbox management, CAS, and transport services.

- Configure and maintain SCCM and SCOM for system management and monitoring.

- Apply and maintain forest schema updates, FSMO roles, and domain trust configurations.

- Use PowerShell commands for automation, reporting, and bulk administrative tasks.

- Configure and monitor LAG (Link Aggregation Group) connections for high availability and performance.

- Perform backup, recovery, and patching operations in Active Directory and Exchange environments.

- Troubleshoot issues related to DNS, global catalog, and replication.Document technical configurations, policies, and procedures.

Good understanding of:

- Global Catalog configuration and ports

- DNS architecture and record management

- Forest schema and FSMO roles

- CAS (Client Access Server) and mailbox databases

- ADMX templates and policy configuration

- Link Aggregation (LAG) setup and troubleshooting
