Mid-Senior Architect

The Role
Position Title: Mid-Senior Architect (2 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive staff welfare structure Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Job Description: • Lead concept, schematic, and detailed design for residential apartment developments, including massing studies, unit layouts, planning efficiency analysis, and façade concepts. Ensure designs are practical, cost-efficient, market-aligned, and compliant with Dubai regulations. • Conduct site analysis, zoning and feasibility studies, and prepare yield calculations (GFA, saleable area, efficiency ratios, unit mix). Manage authority submissions, coordinate approval processes, and address authority comments. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants. Lead design review meetings, resolve clashes, and oversee drawing and BIM model reviews to ensure compliance with project briefs and quality standards. • Support cost planning and design optimization initiatives. Provide architectural guidance during tender and construction stages to maintain design intent and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) • Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in residential apartment projects with strong knowledge of Dubai regulations, approvals, feasibility studies, and planning analysis. • Strong design and space planning abilities; proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM • Knowledgeable in sustainable design practices and high-rise residential developments is highly preferred
