Position: Middle School Science & ICT Teacher (Female candidates only)
Institution: Dreamtime Learning Hub (Micro-School) – Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Laptop: Mandatory for the role
Budget: Up to ₹40,000 gross per month (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Note: Primary teaching domain is Science; additional competence in ICT is a strong advantage (teachers who can teach both Science and ICT will be given first preference)

Board / Curriculum Exposure: Experience in the Cambridge Assessment International Education (Cambridge) curriculum is highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Science (and ICT as required) for students in Grades 6-9.
• Align teaching practices with the Cambridge curriculum framework (or equivalent internationally recognised curriculum) where applicable.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, technology integration and student engagement.
• Use ICT tools effectively in teaching and learning—integrate digital resources, interactive tools, and educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, provide timely feedback and support remediation or enrichment as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues, curriculum planners and leadership to develop and refine teaching materials, schemes of work, lesson plans and assessments.
• Participate in professional development, curriculum review, school events, parent-teacher meetings and other school life activities.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, behaviour and communicate with parents/guardians as required.
• Uphold and propagate the ethos, vision and culture of the school—promoting personalised learning, innovation, creativity and a growth mindset.

Required Qualifications & Attributes

• Female candidate (as specified)
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (or relevant field) plus a valid teaching qualification/credential.
• Proven experience teaching Science in middle school (Grades 6-9).
• Competence in ICT teaching or strong familiarity with using ICT as a teaching tool (preferably able to teach ICT subject as well).
• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum or other international curriculum frameworks is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to engage students, foster curiosity and adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Comfortable with using a laptop and educational technology tools as part of lesson delivery.
• Passionate about educational innovation, experiential and inquiry‐based learning.
• Must be ready for immediate joining.
