Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated QA tester to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products.
The QA tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.
Roles And Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and standards.

Conduct inspections, testing, and evaluations of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities, test results, and improvement actions.

Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure proper documentation of procedures and methodologies used in quality assurance processes.

Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance processes.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with manual testing (70%) and automation testing (30%).

Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Qualifications

A degree in programming, computer science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 Years of Experience.

Experience in the FinTech domain is highly preferred.
