Position Overview

Gilani Mobility is seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our production and fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks, assembling metal components, and ensuring all products meet company standards for safety, durability, and precision. This role plays a vital part in supporting our manufacturing operations for mobility products and customized metal works.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal materials, primarily mild steel and stainless steel.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to carry out accurate fabrication.
• Set up welding machines, adjust settings, and ensure proper operation of welding equipment.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and mobility-related structures.
• Inspect welded joints, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with quality standards.
• Use hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry-standard welding practices.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, or any fabrication concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar welding role.
• Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication diagrams.
• Skilled in handling welding tools, grinders, cutting machines, and measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to handle fabrication tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing.
• Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory).
