Mill Operator

We are looking for Mill Operator on behalf of our client; a well-established name in Kuwait’s oil and gas industry. As a Mill Operator, you will play a key role in running and maintaining critical production machinery for high-value materials like Barite and Bentonite. You’ll work in a professional, safety-focused environment with opportunities to develop technical expertise and advance your career in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mill machinery, adjusting parameters via control panel.
• Report equipment malfunctions or failures to the reporting manager promptly.
• Operate and maintain the crusher to meet crushing targets.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on all production equipment.
• Supervise hopper filling with specified materials and ensure accuracy.
• Transfer crude materials to mills using conveyor belts.
• Set up and operate mills for products such as Barite, Bentonite, Calcium, and Marble.
• Fill bulk trucks with Barite and Bentonite, maintaining quality and measurements.
• Maintain detailed operational and downtime records.
• Provide daily production and incident reports to the Mill Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For in You

• Mechanical Diploma certificate preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience, ideally in the oil industry.
• Strong understanding of mill and crusher operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Safety-oriented and reliable work ethic.
• Willing to work in Morning/ Evening Shifts
