MIS CUM ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS cum Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks along with the preparation and analysis of MIS (Management Information System) reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting in audits, and supporting data-driven decision-making through regular MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities: MIS Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze financial data and generate insights on business performance.
• Automate reports using Excel tools, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and compile relevant data.

Accounting:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (journal entries, bank entries, expense booking, etc.).
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Software & Tools:

• Work on accounting software like Tally ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.)
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and accounting
