MIS Executive (CA Intern)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst / Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reporting, conducting financial analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports with accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reports to highlight key financial metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and improve data and reporting processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities with financial modeling and analytical insights.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and safeguard company assets.
• Evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and other key performance indicators through financial analysis.
• Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI software to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Stay current with accounting standards, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Assist in audits by preparing documentation, providing explanations, and addressing any MIS-related audit findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
