About the Role

• Arthtattva Auditors is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – MIS (Chartered Accountant) to lead our management reporting and financial analysis function. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with strong analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity and implement continuous improvements in reporting systems.

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Design and optimize MIS processes for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement data management policies and automation tools.
• Drive process standardization across departments.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit teams with timely data and documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Management teams to provide actionable insights.
• Deliver strategic reports to aid business planning and performance tracking.

Team Development & Communication

• Support and train junior team members on MIS tools and reporting processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 4–6 years of experience in MIS, FP&A, or financial analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools/software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
