Mobile and laptop technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile and Laptop Repair Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile phones and laptops, including both hardware and software issues. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
• Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, motherboard-level diagnostics, and soldering work.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Ensure proper handling of customer devices and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair status and options clearly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile phone and laptop/computer repair.
• Strong technical knowledge of Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS devices.
• Experience in chip-level and motherboard repair is a strong plus.
• Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
