Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional, confident, and presentable female model to represent our real estate company in property promotions, marketing campaigns, and client interactions. The role involves showcasing properties, participating in photoshoots/videos, and enhancing the company’s brand image through engaging presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in photoshoots and video shoots for real estate projects, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
• Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Assist in creating visual content for brochures, billboards, and online platforms.
• Showcase model apartments, villas, and commercial spaces to potential buyers/investors.
• Maintain a professional and approachable appearance that aligns with the company’s branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Act as a brand ambassador to create a positive image of the company.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in modeling, brand promotion, or events is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
• Confident in front of the camera and with live audiences.
• Ability to adapt to different styles (formal, corporate, lifestyle).
• Flexible with schedules for events and shoots.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the real estate industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Social media presence or influencer experience is an added advantage.
• Multilingual skills (English, Urdu etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
