Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Architectural + Structural Modeler with strong experience in Revit and AutoCAD to develop accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for our ongoing projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and the BIM team to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural models in Revit.
• Develop 2D/3D drawings, sections, elevations, and detailing.
• Coordinate model updates with architectural and structural teams.
• Generate shop drawings, schedules, and documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with MEP teams.
• Maintain BIM standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience as a BIM/Revit/CAD Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Experience in building projects (residential/commercial/industrial).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
