- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Good knowledge about the B & C class markets in modern trade channel, willing to list all products and participate in flyer promotion frequently.
- Well knowledge about the modern trade markets, key buyers, category knowledge, NPD, A&P activities etc.
- Willing to achieve the sales target and smart work to reach the goal. To be a dynamic result oriented person.
- Key role personal for major markets listing and other activities. To be a team leader and manage the merchandise team as well.
