Role - Sales Team Lead Modern Trade

Location - Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives Drive business growth through new client acquisition & distributor appointments
Develop strong B2B relationships with businesses across Mumbai (Western & Central regions)
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of sales targets
Oversee regional operations with frequent travel for business expansion

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management
Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in regional languages: Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi
Ability to manage distributors and sales networks
