Role & Responsibility - Strategic role
· Play an operational and supervisory role in leading the modern trade sales team.
· Assist in the execution of sales strategies and objectives as set by the Modern Trade Manager.
· Strategize and plan sales growth by customer to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in modern trade channels.
· Utilize market insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
· Supervise and lead the modern trade sales team through continuous training.
· Foster a motivated team environment focused on achieving sales and customer service goals.
· Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance based on KPIs, and execute action plans to close performance gaps.
· Provide ongoing coaching to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
- Operational role
· Ensure sales team adherence to daily field visit schedules and outlet coverage plans.
· Monitor individual performance by assigned outlets in terms of value, sales fundamentals, and account-specific strategies.
· Conduct market visits to ensure basic execution and visibility for QNIE brands in the trade.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners, including key accounts and retailers.
· Understand and respond to customer needs, challenges, and requirements to maintain long-term partnerships.
· Implement account management plans aligned with overall business goals.
· Analyse sales data and market dynamics to assess product and account performance.
· Take proactive measures to achieve or exceed sales targets and maximize turnover.
· Monitor adherence to account management plans and KPIs.
· Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute trade-specific promotional campaigns and pricing activities.
· Communicate promotional and pricing details clearly to the sales team and trade partners.
· Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and availability in trade outlets.
· Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and reduce excess stock.
· Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, market intelligence, and customer interactions.
· Prepare and present sales reports, including outlet-wise and account-specific analysis, for review with the Modern Trade Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
