Job Title: Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to manage, mentor, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, setting targets, developing strategies, and ensuring high-quality client service. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth real estate market knowledge, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and sales goals for the team and track performance regularly.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee client interactions to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage listing activities, property viewings, negotiations, and closings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote property listings effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
