As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Monitoring & Service Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Monitoring & Service Coordinator is responsible for managing our existing client base and coordinating all service, inspection, and monitoring activities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate billing, and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate Monitoring, Service, and Inspection Contracts: Set up new contracts and coordinate required service and inspection appointments.
  • Client Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned client base; maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars for service technicians and inspection teams, ensuring efficient and timely appointment scheduling.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Create and send invoices for monitoring, service, and inspections; track payments and follow up as needed.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management team and field technicians to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Customer service and/or account management experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with property managers and project teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and project management software.
  • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and risk-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
