Role Description
We are seeking a Monolingual Customer Support Representative (English Speaker) for an on-site, full-time role located in Cairo, Egypt. The representative will provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally. The role involves troubleshooting customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a high standard of communication and client support. Team collaboration and customer focus are at the core of this role.
