Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer warmly and provide a high-end shopping experience.
• Help customers find the right fit and suggest items to complete their outfits (upselling).
• Work hard to meet daily and monthly sales goals and track your own performance numbers (KPIs).
• Keep a list of regular customers (Client Book) and contact them when new collections or sales arrive.
• Keep the store clean and organized. Make sure clothes are folded or hung according to the brand's style.
• Help with deliveries, count inventory, and move stock from the backroom to the shop floor.
• Process payments quickly and accurately using the POS system.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail (fashion experience is a plus).
• High School diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred for premium malls).
• Very good English and Arabic to speak with a variety of customers.
• Excellent talking and listening skills to build trust with shoppers.
• A neat and professional appearance that matches a fashion brand.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and help with moving boxes or stock.
