Montessori Elementary Teacher (Science, History & English)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging lessons in Science, History, or English, aligned with Montessori philosophy to children of grade 1 to 6.
• Introduce new concepts through individual and small group presentations.
• Observe, assess, and maintain daily records of each child's progress.
• Use a variety of strategies to meet students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Create a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences and share developmental feedback.
• Ensure learning materials are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive school community.
• Contribute actively to the mission, philosophy, and values of the school.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Masters' degree in Science, History, English, or related disciplines.
• B.Ed is preferred but not mandatory
• At least 1 year of classroom experience, preferably in elementary education.
• Freshers are also welcome.
• Montessori Certification is a plus. Must be willing for learning/training.
• Engineering graduates / Professionals looking to restart their career after a gap are welcome to apply.
• Passion for working with children aged 6–12 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, passionate, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset.
