Mortgage Closing Paralegal

Established private lender and loan servicing company with offices located in Pompano Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Closing Paralegal. Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience handling real estate closings and be familiar with all aspects of mortgage documentation.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling real estate closings.
• Familiarity with title review process and requirements.
• Familiarity with surveys and title policies.
• Familiarity with all aspects of mortgage documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Paralegal certification a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-closing due diligence and all pre-closing documents.
• Order title searches and review title commitments and surveys.
• Coordinate with title companies and other parties to facilitate closing.
• Special projects and duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
