Mortgage Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities include:

Advising clients on suitable mortgage solutions· Ensure daily targets are met consistently.

· you will be identifying and assessing client needs and interests.

· gathering and verifying Client relevant personal and financial information.

· evaluating Client eligibility for various loan products in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

· maintaining strict confidentiality of all client documents and information while striving to maximize client satisfaction.

· Maintain records related to Mortgage.

· Ensure that all new lead prospects are spoken to and contacted within a timely Manner.

· Servicing prospective customer mortgage enquiries.· Working with the Operations Team to ensure that applications are progressed towards disbursement as quickly as possible and specifically handling all clint interaction from submission to final disbursement.

· Data entry of all pertinent prospective client information and maintenance of pipeline reporting into company CRM system.

· Attending company B2C and B2B promotional events as required and acting as a company ambassador.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
