Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for personal loans through field visits, calls, and referrals.
• Promote and sell personal loan products to salaried individuals and professionals.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Ensure all documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are met.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maximize sales opportunities.
• Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and field-ready.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong loan sales skills including:
• Prospecting, pitching, and closing personal loan deals.
• Cross-selling and upselling financial products.
• Customer need assessment and solution selling.
• Strong follow-up and client retention skills.
• Knowledge of loan eligibility, credit checks, and approval processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
