Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to guide clients through the process of selecting and applying for mortgage products. The ideal candidate will assess financial situations, provide tailored advice, and ensure clients secure the most suitable mortgage options available. You will act as a key point of contact between clients and lenders, combining sales ability with financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ financial situations and explain available mortgage options.
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products from a range of lenders.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process from start to finish.
• Work closely with estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending criteria and market trends.
• Meet sales and compliance targets while upholding excellent customer service.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and internal policies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

* Please note it is a target base role

* Fixed Salary plus competitive Incentive structure

Preference:

Prior experience in bank or direct sales agency of home loan
