Job Title: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary)

Job Description:
The Mother Teacher is responsible for the holistic development and well-being of assigned students. She acts as the primary caregiver and academic facilitator, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment. The teacher supports classroom instruction, monitors students’ academic and emotional progress, maintains records, and communicates regularly with parents. She also assists in classroom management, activity planning, and daily routines while ensuring the safety and discipline of children.

Qualifications (as per CBSE norms):

• Senior Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent
• Diploma in NTT / ECCE / Pre-Primary Teacher Training from an NCTE-recognized institution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,218.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
