Motion Graphic Designer

Working Hours: Full-time , Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) ,

On-site in New Cairo, Festival City.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer with 5+ years of professional experience specializing in animation, post-production, and video storytelling .

This role is heavily focused on motion design and video editing , not static design. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve , and can produce high-end visual content across multiple formats including social media, YouTube, and editorial/news-style content.

You must also be AI-native , using advanced tools to enhance production speed, creativity, and visual quality

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and branded content.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and motion design systems that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create advanced animation work such as: Typography animation, Data visualization, Explainer-style videos and Visual effects (VFX).
• Edit engaging, fast-paced video content optimized for performance across platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
• Work extensively using: Adobe After Effects (primary tool for motion and animation), Adobe Premiere Pro (editing), DaVinci Resolve (color grading and finishing)
• Produce story-driven video content , including promotional videos, social media content, and documentary-style pieces.
• Optimize content for different formats and platforms, ensuring strong visual storytelling, pacing, and audience retention .
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into high-performing motion content .
• Stay up to date with motion design, video trends, and AI-driven creative workflows , and continuously elevate the quality of output.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high creative standards and attention to detail .

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
• Expert-level proficiency in: Adobe After Effects (primary tool), Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Strong portfolio demonstrating: Original motion graphics and animation work, YouTube videos and long-form content, Short-form content (Reels / Shorts / TikTok), Documentary or storytelling projects, News or editorial-style videos.
• Proven ability to create engaging, high-retention content (you understand pacing, hooks, and storytelling)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools professionally (e.g. Higgsfield, Freepik, Runway, Midjourney, or similar)
• Strong understanding of:

Timing, transitions, and animation principles

Visual hierarchy in motion

Sound design and music integration

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong creative judgment
• Passion for innovation, visual trends, and continuous improvement in multimedia storytelling.
