Kinetic Pakistan is seeking enthusiastic and driven fresh BBA graduates for its Management Trainee Program. This role is designed to groom young talent through practical exposure, training, and rotational assignments across key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily business operations across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• Support senior team members in executing projects and tasks
• Conduct basic market research and data analysis
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Learn and implement company policies and procedures
• Participate in training sessions and development programs

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh BBA graduate (any specialization)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of business concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
