MTO – Business Development

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Business Development will work closely with the Business Development team to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting client relationship management, conducting market research, and assisting in sales strategies. This program is designed to groom the trainee for a future leadership role in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to develop new products, processes, or technologies aligned with company goals.
• Design, plan, and execute experiments, including data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Quality Assurance.
• Evaluate current products and recommend improvements based on research findings.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Support patent development and intellectual property initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
