Qualification: Fresh graduate with a BBA/MBA/BS in Management Sciences, or a B.Com. (Hons.)
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
• Support sales and business development activities across various channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
• Maintain and update client databases and sales tracking reports
• Participate in client meetings and follow-up activities
• Support business development strategies to achieve company objectives
