Business Development Officer

We Are Hiring – Upwork Bidder

Location: Onsite- Lahore Shift: Night (Client-facing hours as needed)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Upwork Bidder to manage our two Upwork profiles and help us secure consistent, high-value projects.

Responsibilities:

• Bid daily on Upwork projects web development, web Application (Laravel) and Mobile Apps(Flutter).* Write professional, customized, and winning proposals.*
• Communicate effectively with international clients, understand requirements, and close deals.*
• Achieve a minimum target of $4,000/month in project acquisitions.*
• Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project delivery.Requirements:* Prior experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.*
• Strong understanding of web Application (Laravel) and Mobile Apps(Flutter) or web development services.*
• Excellent written and spoken English.*
• Ability to work independently and consistently hit sales targets.*
• Based in Lahore (preferred) for occasional in-person meetings
