Management trainee officer required for Accounts & Finance Department

Qualification: MBA (Freshly Graduated)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operational departments including Production, Store, Mechanical, Quality, Admin, and HR

• Monitor and support financial aspects of daily operations

• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency analysis

• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper documentation and reporting

• Support inventory tracking, stock audits, and material flow processes

• Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities

• Assist in preparing financial and operational reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
