Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support
- Assist in operating PLC-based pharmaceutical equipment, including:
- Formulation systems
- Autoclaves
- CIP/SIP systems
- Related process and utility equipment
- Follow approved SOPs, batch records, and GMP practices during operations.
- Support system start-up, shutdown, and monitoring during production runs.
- Immediately report abnormalities, alarms, or deviations to seniors.
PLC & Automation Assistance
- Support troubleshooting of basic PLC and automation issues under guidance.
- Assist in checking:
- PLC panels, I/O cards, power supplies, and field wiring
- HMI indications and alarms
- Assist senior engineers during IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff for minor automation issues.
Maintenance Support
- Assist in routine and preventive maintenance of:
- Pumps
- Valves (manual and pneumatic)
- Piping systems and fittings
- Sensors (temperature, pressure, level, flow)
- Support breakdown troubleshooting and restoration activities.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and basic calibration records.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain operational and maintenance records as per GMP requirements.
- Assist in preparation and revision of:
- SOPs
- Equipment logbooks
- Validation and maintenance documentation
Learning & Team Coordination
- Work closely with Production, QA, Validation, and Maintenance teams.
- Learn operation and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical equipment under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accomplish any other tasks assigned by reporting heads.

Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering (preferred)
(Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering may also be considered)
- 0–2 years’ experience in pharma, food, or industrial automation environments
(Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may apply)
- Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial automation
- Fundamental knowledge of:
- Pumps, valves, and piping systems
- Sensors and instrumentation
- Ability to read P&IDs and basic electrical drawings
- Willingness to learn GMP and regulatory practices
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Strong learning attitude and discipline
- Ability to work in shifts and production environments
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
