MTO Value Chain

We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Value Chain Team at Lahore. The ideal candidate should be analytically strong, data-driven, and eager to learn end-to-end value chain operations with a focus on data crunching, mining, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
• Perform data crunching and mining to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the value chain.
• Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.
• Assist in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cost analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support value chain optimization initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over data analysis, data mining, and quantitative analysis
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau, and basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High learning agility and result-oriented mindset

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline
• 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
