Multi-Skilled Technician - HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing

Highly skilled Multi-Technician with an expertise in air conditioning, electrical systems, and plumbing. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple technical disciplines to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in AC units, electrical components, and thermostats.
• Replace and/or repair defective components in AC systems, such as compressors, coils, and motors.
• Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in circuits, appliances, and panel boards including MDB, SMDB, DB.
• Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, faucets, and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
• Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure seamless project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service by advising clients on maintenance and safety.
• Complete service reports and documentation for all work performed.
• Drive company vehicle to assigned sites and maintain basic vehicle care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience - Diploma or IT qualification in a relevant technical field - Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset. - Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician specializing in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently - Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards - Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Minimum 2 years of GCC Experience - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
