We are looking for an experienced and energetic Multi-Store Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple Malamah branches in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and lead store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of one or multiple stores to ensure smooth business flow.
  • Supervise and guide store teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor inventory and procurement levels, ensuring product availability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain service and product quality.
  • Prepare sales and revenue reports and analyze store performance.
  • Organize work schedules, control expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Train and support new managers within the branches.
  • Handle daily operational challenges such as staff absences, supplier issues, and crises.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a restaurant branch or multi-store operation.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management systems and operational procedures.
