Job Title: Multi-Technician

About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and skilled Multi-Technician to join our team. Candidates should have expertise in either AC & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) or Civil & Masonry works, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work for AC & MEP systems or Civil & Masonry projects.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Follow all safety standards and company work procedures.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and provide timely updates on tasks completed.
• Support the upkeep and general maintenance of facilities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a related trade.
• Valid driving license (required).
• Technical qualification or trade certificate.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
